		<description>Walking is the best thing to do. It targets the fat in ALL areas instead of specific areas as if you were lifting weights or push ups which just targets mainly the arms and upper area. 

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 12 pounds and 18 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 32 pounds in 5 weeks.</description>
