Yes, Acne is a big dilemma mostly for the teenager’s and they can be free from the dilemma if they care themselves in dietary intake, hygiene, and daily activities. Skipping lunch is a bad habit, which can bring various effects to the body. So, skipping lunch should be avoided. Acne is due to hormone change as well as skin disease. Therefore, Pillow covers should be change every night.
This is a nice article and it’s very interesting to go through it moreover it will be helpful for most of the teens. Yeah it’s a big problem for the teens when it comes to acne but they should be very careful in taking there diet and daily activities. We should not skip our lunch which can bring various effects to the body to cause acne.
